Chain 100,
row 1 Ch 2 turn your work , make 3 dc, Ch 1 skip 1 stitch ,3dc continue across.
row 2 just repeatation until the length you want.
Then fold to find the center, skip 3 cluster, continue crochet for your front, after you reach the length, then start your left front untill you reach the length even from the back pannel.
lay on the table or on the floor, the left panel twist it sewn in the side, same thing on the right panel front twist it sewn on the side. Then single crochet all around for the border your Vest.
