Raglan crochet start top to bottom. 

Chain 80, joint DC all around,

Slip stitch,  start hdtc-- half double twist crochet.  Row3-- 2hdtc, 1hdtc, 1hdtc repeat around, rows hdtc no increase all around.

Repeat until 12 row.

Row13 hdtc start  your 4 corner,

Repeat until 12 row for my sized xl

Just reduce in your size.
